Schultz Miller is a Seattle-based, premier builder of high-end homes. In 1981, we started our business with a simple but distinctive idea: Make the experience of building a home predictable, positive, and timely. Our projects have included new construction from small houses to estates; remodels and condominium improvements of every size and scope; and home service jobs from cleaning gutters to replacing windows.
