This waterfront home exemplifies a type of project we do all the time – a remodel of relatively modest scope but big impact.

Unlike in our more extensive remodels, we did not take the entire interior down to the studs or dramatically change the floor plan. Instead, we upgraded and slightly altered some interior spaces to make the home more beautiful and better tuned to the way the clients live in it.

We worked closely with NB Design Group, who developed a design that captured the clients’ vision for their home. Our job was to execute on the design. This included installing a new lift and slide door unit in the living room; undertaking painting and electrical work; replacing several interior doors; constructing bunk beds in a children’s bedroom; and patching, touch-up, and trim installation to blend everything together.

“Glam Touch” – Portrait, 2022

To improve an existing wine room, we reframed a wall and installed an arched wood door, porcelain floor pavers, a wood slat ceiling, and a custom pre-finished wine racking system.
