This condo unit sits 24 floors above busy Pike Place Market. It provides peace and solitude for a couple who spend much of their time traveling for business. When they’re in town, the calm space serves to “ground” them, despite the bustling streetscape below.
Working closely with architect Tim Myhr, we opened up the space, improved circulation, added storage cabinets, and fit a closet and bath within a solid core, thus freeing space around it. The look is modern and sleek, yet infused with a healthy dose of rich walnut.
The kitchen features countertops made of Dektron, a mixture of natural quartz stone, porcelain and glass. The powder room features Premium White Maximum ceramic panels from Fiandre. These oversized panels have consistent veining that flows smoothly across the walls and shower stall.
