Paul joined Schultz Miller as a project manager in 1992 and became a partner in 2006. He is admired for the depth of his construction knowledge and experience, as well as for his calm demeanor and easy rapport with all. Paul hails from the East Coast and earned an accounting degree from Lehigh University. He has lived on Queen Anne for 30 years, where he and his wife raised three boys. He’s an avid cyclist, loves to travel (especially to Italy, his family’s homeland), and teaches chess to children in an afterschool program.
Steve grew up in the Midwest, graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in construction management, and joined Schultz Miller as a project manager in 1999. He became a partner in 2012. Steve is respected for his insightful contributions to projects large and small, his passion for building, and for the clarity of his thinking and communications. He lives on Mercer Island with his wife and three daughters. He’s also a big sports fan. On weekends, if he isn’t cheering on his favorite team, he might be doing any number of outdoor activities or “finishing up” those endless home improvement projects.
A native of Melbourne, Australia, Tony holds a degree in construction management and has been a project manager for 32 years, the last 17 with Schultz Miller. He became a partner in 2021 and is known for his can-do attitude, sense of humor, and team-building spirit. Clients and designers value Tony’s strengths in estimating and project management coupled with his appreciation for design and craftsmanship. Tony lives in West Seattle with his wife, three sons and lab, Ginger. He coaches select soccer and enjoys nothing more than watching his sons play their chosen sport or grilling in his backyard with family and friends.
